Our Story
Founded by Giordano Galante, Al Bacio began in Subic Bay in 2003 before relocating to Angeles City in 2007. Originally from the Veneto region in Northern Italy, Giordano has decades of experience in the ASEAN restaurant scene.
His vision for Al Bacio was simple: create a place that serves real Italian cuisine with real Italian ingredients — no shortcuts, no compromises. Today, he continues to lead the restaurant hands-on, ensuring that every dish reflects the traditions and standards he proudly stands by.
